Recognition

Your application data

What you share

The application collects your name, email address, date of birth, suitability answers, any optional experience description, and a record of your agreement to the consent and cancellation information. Suitability answers may include sensitive information about your wellbeing. Please avoid detailed personal histories or information about other people.

How it is used

Recognition uses this information to review your application, contact you and organise the event. Your date of birth helps prepare a personal element of the experience. Application information is not used for marketing.

You can contact Recognition to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw your consent. Withdrawing consent may mean your application can no longer be assessed.

Storage and email

Applications are stored in the website’s database, hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Access to the application list is restricted to the organiser. Resend sends application acknowledgements and organiser notifications; suitability answers and dates of birth are not included in those emails.

Applications are kept as long as needed to review them, organise the event and handle related requests, then deleted. The website also uses short-lived request counters to limit automated or repeated submissions.
