Suitability

Recognition includes guided contemplation, engagement with childhood photographs, self-tenderness and a celebration ritual. The experience may evoke emotion and is intended for adults who currently feel able to engage in this kind of group experience.

1. Have you previously engaged in personal-development work, therapy, coaching, contemplative or spiritual practice, retreats, workshops, group processes, or other forms of structured self-exploration?

Previous experience of this kind is required to take part in Recognition.

2. Do you currently feel able to take part in a group experience involving childhood photographs and self-tenderness?
3. Are you currently experiencing a mental-health crisis, acute psychological distress, or anything else that you feel may make this kind of group experience unsuitable for you at this time?

Consent

Recognition is an experiential immersion involving guided contemplation, engagement with childhood photographs, self-tenderness and a celebration ritual with simple, personal movement. It is not psychotherapy.

The experience may evoke emotion. You are free to participate at your own level and to decline any exercise.

By applying, you confirm that you understand the nature and scope of Recognition and currently feel able to engage in this kind of group experience.

You agree to keep other participants’ personal experiences confidential and not to photograph or record the exercises.

If Recognition is suitable for you, you’ll receive a payment link. Your place is confirmed once payment is received within 72 hours of receiving the payment link.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made at least seven days before the event will receive a full refund.

If you cancel fewer than seven days before the event, you will receive a full refund unless the event is fully booked at the time of cancellation and your place cannot be filled.

If Recognition is cancelled by the organiser, you will receive a full refund.

How your application data is used

We use your details and answers to review your application, contact you and prepare for the event. Your date of birth helps us prepare a personal element of the experience. Please share only what is relevant.

Applications are held in the website’s database. Only the organiser can view them through the private review page. Suitability answers and your date of birth are not included in application emails. Your information is not used for marketing.
